LOUISVILLE STONEWARE
We had a great time enjoying a tasting of Jefferson’s Bourbon with company founder, Trey Zoeller. Trey is a mad scientist who shared his methods for creating unique expressions through blending and experimental aging techniques, such as aging bourbon at sea. He took us through a tasting of Jefferson’s Reserve, Groth, Ocean and Manhattan. The event was generously hosted by Louisville Stoneware, a company founded 200 years ago in 1815. The company provided tasty food from nearby Sal’s Cafe.
